Deep Clean

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, we are insured.

Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?

No — we bring everything needed for the clean. If you'd like us to use products you already have on hand, just let us know.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Not at all. Many clients provide access instructions and go about their day; we'll follow whatever arrangement is easiest for you.

What's your cancellation policy?

We just ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can adjust the team's route for the day.
