We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can adjust the team's route for the day.
We don't use a one-size-fits-all price list — every home is different. Instead, we provide a flat-rate quote based on your square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of clean you need, so there are never hourly surprises. We provide residential and commercial cleaning in Casa Grande, Maricopa, Chandler, and Gilbert, Arizona. If you're just outside these areas, reach out anyway — we may still be able to help.
A Standard Clean covers routine maintenance — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and surfaces. A Deep Clean goes further, reaching baseboards, interior appliances, light fixtures, and detailed grout and tile work. Most clients start with a Deep Clean, then move to recurring Standard Cleaning to maintain it.
Yes. Our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is a full, deposit-ready clean built for the empty-home moment between move-out and move-in, including inside all cabinets, closets, and appliances.
Yes. Beyond residential homes, we offer Office Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning for retail and larger facilities, and Apartment Turnover Cleaning for property managers and landlords — including Certificate of Insurance (COI) and NET-15/NET-30 payment terms on request.

Yes. Weekly service saves approximately 30% compared to our monthly rate, and biweekly service saves approximately 15%. Recurring clients also get $25 off their first cleaning when they sign up.
Every visit includes kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, surface wipe-down, and bedrooms and living areas. Deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans add further detailed tasks on top of this.
