Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is quoted at a flat rate based on the size of the home and its condition. Veterans and active-duty military receive 10% off residential cleaning, and it applies to residential cleaning only.
Plan ahead, especially in summer.
We often have availability within 1–3 days of move-out, but summer is our busiest moving season, so booking early helps. Check your lease or your landlord’s cleaning requirements before move-out, since every property has its own standards.
